Effective Date: October 7th, 2025.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Gprint (“GP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) printing products and services. By placing an order with GP, you agree to these Terms.

1. Orders and Proofs

Proof Requested:

• If you request a proof for your order, GP will create and provide it for your review. Work will begin upon your approval.

• If no response is received within 3 business days, production will begin automatically.

• Proofs are emailed to the provided email, or texted to the phone number provided.

No Proof Requested:

• If you do not request a proof, GP is not liable for issues with the design or errors in the final product.

Order Pickup: Upon picking up an order, a form will be signed acknowledging receipt and acceptance of these Terms.

2. Refund Policy for In-Person Orders

General Refund and Reprint Policy

Unpaid Orders:

• Refunds may be requested at any time by speaking with the representative you purchased from. Your order will be cancelled, and no funds will be returned if none were provided.

All Other Orders:

• Contact your representative within 14 days of delivery, or us via text or email.

• Products must be in new condition (not written on, folded, or altered) to be returned. Custom products are excluded, read below.

• Products must be returned to the representative they were purchased through. Conditions will be determined by GP, and refunds will be issued by GP. If an item is ineligible, no refund will be made.

Defective Products and Custom Orders:

• Items with manufacturing defects, where provided care sheets are followed, can be replaced at no cost within 14 days of delivery.

• Contact your representative to initiate a replacement request.

• Custom products cannot be returned; only replacements are allowed.

After 14 days, applicable warranty services may be used for eligible manufacturing defects.

3. Refund Policy for Online-Placed Orders

GP does not offer exchanges for any orders.

General Refund Policy

Non-Defective Products:

• Greeting Cards & Paper Products: Return within 14 days of delivery by contacting Customer Service and obtaining a Return Number. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

• Apparel: Return within 14 days of delivery by contacting Customer Service and obtaining a Return Number. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 

Custom Products: 

• Cannot be returned unless defective due to manufacturing issues, where the care sheet was followed.

Refund Policy for Defective Products

Greeting Cards & Paper Products: 

• Can be returned or reprinted at no cost within 14 days by contacting Customer Service.

Custom Products: 

• Can be replaced at no cost within 14 days by contacting Customer Service. After 14 days, warranty services may apply.

4. Warranty Services

GP offers a limited, discretionary warranty. This warranty is courtesy-based, not legally binding, and subject to available supplies.

Custom Product Warranty 

Apparel & Iron-On Products:

• Reprints at no cost (excluding shipping) within 14 days if noticeable manufacturing defects occur.

• Defects must occur despite following care instructions.

• Original items may not need to be returned; photos or videos of defects are required.

Stickers, Documents, & Non-Art Prints:

• Reprints at no cost (excluding shipping) within 45 days if noticeable manufacturing defects occur.

• Document prints must be reported within 1 day of delivery.

• Original items may not need to be returned; photos or videos of defects are required.

Art Prints:

• Reprints at no cost (excluding shipping) within 45 days for noticeable manufacturing defects.

Original items may not need to be returned. However, photos or videos of defects are required. To begin a warranty request, please refer to the Care Sheet that came with the order, or contact help@hdolly.com.

5. Liability

• GP is not liable for design errors if no proof is requested.

• GP is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, handling, or care of products.

6. Modifications to Terms

GP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or communication via email.
